Part 1: Total You Forum (starts at 1:00)

This year, we have an amazing, dynamic, all-female, celebrity panel ready to talk about the issues that African-American women really care about—self-esteem, health and fitness, beauty, politics and more.

This panel features special guests such as comedienne Myra J., renowned nutritionist Dr. Ro, former Miss America Kimberly Cockerham and Essence magazine legend Susan L. Taylor.

And to keep the energy moving, you can get in the groove with live musical performances but R&B legend Brian McKnight, songstress Tamia, Monica, Kelly Price and Heather Headley. But the show doesn’t stop there!

Part 2: Total You Expo (opens at 2:45)
